The U.S. Cannabis Spot Index decreased 0.1% to $1,087 per pound.

In grams, the Spot price was $2.40.


The Washington D.C. Cannabis Spot Index increased by 6.3% per pound this week. This marks the highest mark for the state index since October 3rd, seven weeks ago and days after the U.S. Government shutdown began. The District’s index currently sits 7.8% below the 2025 average price per pound.

The Missouri Cannabis Spot Index reached its lowest mark since we introduced the price assessment on June 20th, falling 7.3% compared to last week. Indoor grown flower prices were down 11.6% per pound, the lowest price since early August. Transactions for bulk indoor grown flower suffered the largest decline, losing over 23% in value. Greenhouse grown flower prices also declined this week, albeit by a much smaller amount of 2.2% per pound.

Wholesale cannabis flower prices in New Jersey hit their lowest marks since early August this week, lowering the New Jersey Cannabis Spot Index by 5.5% per pound. While greenhouse grown flower pricing held relatively steady, climbing 0.4%, indoor grown flower prices lost 2.7% per pound, falling to the lowest mark for warehouse grown flower in the state since we introduced the index in April.


Cannabis Benchmarks U.S. Wholesale Cannabis Spot Index for November 21, 2025

December 2025 Implied Forward unchanged at $1,115 per pound.

At $1,115 per pound, the December Implied Forward represents a premium of 2.5% relative to the current U.S. Spot Index of $1,087 per pound.
