The U.S. Cannabis Spot Index decreased by 0.9% to $1,038 per pound.
In grams, the Spot price was $2.29.
The Maine Cannabis Spot Index fell by 5.7% per pound this week. The state indoor index lost 4.1% per pound, driven by a 10.6% decline in bulk flower pricing. Greenhouse flower prices also decreased this week, with both bulk and prepackaged flower products experiencing large declines of 8.2% and 12.8%, respectively.
In Missouri, greenhouse flower prices hit their lowest mark in seven weeks, losing 14.7% per pound. Prices for bulk greenhouse flower products saw a healthy increase, yet prepackaged flower prices declined by over 20%. Strong indoor flower pricing performance and an increased number of total volume of transactions for warehouse grown flower allowed the state index to reach its highest mark of the year, a 5.5% per pound increase over last week.
For the 4th week in a row, the New Jersey Cannabis Spot Index decreased, this week by 9.8% per pound. With both indoor and greenhouse grown flower prices falling, 4.2% and 9.7% respectively, the state index average for August is down 2.6% from last month’s average price.
September 2025 Implied Forward assessed down $15 to close at $1,050 per pound.
At $1,050 per pound, the September Implied Forward represents a premium of 1.1% relative to the current U.S. Spot Price of $1,038 per pound.
