The Alaska Cannabis Spot Index fell to its lowest mark in nine weeks, losing 6.5% per pound this week. Wholesale cannabis flower prices across all grow types saw declining volume weighted averages. At the state-level, bulk flower transaction pricing fell by 5.1%, while prepackaged flower products shed 8.0%.

The Michigan Cannabis Spot Index declined for the 5th straight week, falling 5.4% per pound this week. This is the lowest mark for the state index since June 20th, 2025.  A 5.6% decline in the price for transactions of bulk flower was the main driver of the state-level loss, as supply of flower in the state remains robust.

The Oregon Cannabis Spot Index continues to rise, this week gaining 13.7% per pound. The key factor in the steady increase has been a reduction in extremely low-priced outdoor grown flower sold in bulk. As the total volume of these bargain outdoor flower transactions reduces, the state index is relieved of the overwhelming downward pricing pressure sungrown flower puts on the market every year.
