The U.S. Cannabis Spot Index increased 0.8% to $1,128 per pound.
In grams, the Spot price was $2.49.
After declining for the past two weeks, the Massachusetts Cannabis Spot Index jumped up 10.6% per pound this week. A significant rise in the volume weighted average for bulk flower transactions, by over 25%, drove the state index increase. Despite prepackaged indoor flower prices suffering a decline of 12.4%, a significant increase in total volume of bulk indoor flower transactions lifted the state indoor index by 10.3%.
Cannabis Benchmarks has been collecting and analyzing wholesale cannabis flower prices in the state of Mississippi for several months, and we are preparing to introduce the Mississippi Cannabis Spot Index in the coming weeks. Since late June, the state wholesale volume weighted price has averaged $2,257 per pound and has ranged from $2,125 to $2,450 per pound.
After hitting an all-time low on September 5th, the Pennsylvania Cannabis Spot Index has trended upwards for the 5th week in a row. This week the state index gained 3.7% per pound. The current state price assessment sits 6.6% below the 2025 average price per pound.
November 2025 Implied Forward unchanged at $1,120 per pound.
At $1,120 per pound, the November Implied Forward represents a discount of 0.7% relative to the current U.S. Spot Index of $1,128 per pound.
