Despite the high-end price for indoor grown flower rising, the Oregon Indoor Cannabis Spot Index fell 13.3% this week. Despite the decrease, the average price in the state is currently 12.6% higher than the September average, mainly driven by a reduction in the volume of low priced outdoor grown flower transactions stabilizing.
The Washington Cannabis Spot Index fell 7.5% per pound this week. Minimal movement occurred in the price assessments for all grow types, yet an increase in the total volume and number of outdoor transactions outweighed the slight gain in greenhouse flower pricing.
