The Michigan Cannabis Spot Index fell to its lowest mark in nine weeks, shedding 3.9% per pound this week. Losses for both indoor and greenhouse grown flower, by 5.3% and 4.9% respectively, contributed to the state index decline. Bulk greenhouse flower transactions priced in the lower quartile drove the bulk greenhouse index down 6.1%.
Wholesale cannabis flower prices in Pennsylvania rose again this week after trending downward during April. The Pennsylvania Cannabis Spot Index increased 7.6% over last week’s price assessment. The current state index is up 5.4% from the 2025 average per pound price.
Indoor grown cannabis flower in Vermont saw rising wholesale prices for the first time in six weeks, with the Vermont Indoor Cannabis Spot Index jumping up 11.3% per pound. The increase can be primarily attributed to bulk indoor flower transaction prices climbing by 9.8%. The state composite price benefited from increased prices across all grow types, with the Vermont Cannabis Spot Index gaining 6.2%.
June 2025 Implied Forward unchanged at $975 per pound.
At $975 per pound, the June Implied Forward represents a premium of 2.7% relative to the current U.S. Spot Price of $950 per pound. In 2024, June averaged $1,012, 1% lower than the May average of $1,022.
