The U.S. Cannabis Spot Index increased by 3.8% to $1,035 per pound.

In grams, the Spot price was $2.28.


The Oregon Cannabis Spot Index saw another week of double-digit percentage gain, this week rising by 14.2% per pound. This is the highest price assessment for the state index in 2025. A reduction in bulk outdoor flower transactions priced in the lower quartile propelled the state outdoor index to rise by 12.0%. Indoor and greenhouse grown flower also had positive weeks, albeit with lower percentage gains of 0.5% and 2.2%, respectively.

Wholesale cannabis prices in Pennsylvania continue their slide, this week shedding 7.3% per pound. This marks the lowest price assessment for the state index in our reporting; the current volume weighted average price is 34.5% below the 2022 average price per pound, 18.7% below the 2023 average price per pound, and 18.6% below the 2024 average price per pound.

Rising prices across all grow type indexes pushed the Washington Cannabis Spot Index up 11.8% per pound this week. The upward movement was mainly driven by increased volume of prepackaged flower along with rising prices for prepackaged greenhouse grown flower. Bulk flower transactions also contribute with a 9.8% price increase at the aggregate state level.


Cannabis Benchmarks U.S. Wholesale Cannabis Spot Index for May 30, 2025

June 2025 Implied Forward assessed up $15 to close at $990 per pound.

At $990 per pound, the June Implied Forward represents a discount of 4.3% relative to the current U.S. Spot Price of $1,035 per pound. During the month of June in 2024, the U.S. Spot Index ranged from a low of $978 to a high of $1,050.
