The Massachusetts Cannabis Spot Index increased by 4.6% per pound this week. Wholesale prices were on the rise across all grow types, with the state greenhouse index gaining the most at 8.2% per pound, reaching its highest valuation since the last week in March. The May average per pound price assessment remains 2.1% below the April average.
The Michigan wholesale cannabis market experienced a rare week where prices rose for flower cultivated across all grow types. Greenhouse grown flower saw the largest increase, gaining 21.7% per pound. This is the highest valuation for mixed-light flower in the state since back in November 2024. Outdoor grown flower also had a strong week, climbing by 15.0%. This is also the highest price assessment for the grow type since November 2024, after which the surplus of sungrown flower became shelf-ready and applied significant downward pressure on the entire state market.
The Nevada Cannabis Spot Index rose by 9.3% per pound this week. An 8.6% increase in indoor grown flower prices lifted the state grow type index to its highest level since August 2024. A 9.2% rise in prices for prepackaged indoor flower products drove the increase, as a reduction in bulk indoor flower priced in the lower quartile also contributed. The Nevada Greenhouse Cannabis Index also increased this week by 2.7% per pound.
June 2025 Implied Forward unchanged at $975 per pound.
At $975 per pound, the June Implied Forward represents a discount of 2.2% relative to the current U.S. Spot Price of $997 per pound. In 2024, the average price in May, June and July was $1,022, $1,012, and $993, respectively.
