The recently introduced New Jersey Cannabis Spot Index rose by 4.8%, or $120, to $2,598 per pound this week. Wholesale cannabis price volatility in the Garden State has been prevalent during our initial coverage. Our official publishing of a wholesale cannabis index for the New Jersey market started in mid-April, yet we have been tracking wholesale pricing in the state since the beginning of the year, satisfying our methodology requirements to ensure accurate and useful reporting.
The Arizona Cannabis Spot Index increased by 7.0% per pound this week. An 8.2% per pound increase in the state indoor price assessment, driven by a 10.5% increase for prepackaged indoor flower, was solely responsible for the overall state-level rise. The Arizona Greenhouse Cannabis Index fell marginally by 0.3% this week.
The Nevada Cannabis Spot Index declined by 5.8% per pound this week. Although an increase in greenhouse pricing occurred, by 1.4%, a 6.5% decline in the price assessment for indoor grown flower transacted in the state pushed the state composite price down. The current state index is up 20.8% since the start of the year, yet it is down 17.7% from the year-to-date high reached on March 7th.
November 2025 Implied Forward initially assessed at $1,000 per pound.
At $970 per pound, the June Implied Forward represents a premium of 3.2% relative to the current U.S. Spot Price of $944 per pound. In November 2024, the U.S. Spot Index averaged $952 per pound vs the closing Implied Forward price of $1,010.
