
The U.S. Cannabis Spot Index increased 9.1% to $1,078 per pound.
In grams, the Spot price was $2.38.
The California Cannabis Spot Index increased for the fourth consecutive week, rising by 6.3% per pound. Both indoor and greenhouse grown flower prices saw increases, by 5.2% and 6.9%, respectively. While the price range for bulk flower transactions remained the same, the state bulk flower price index was boosted by a reduction in the surplus of trades for products priced at the very bottom of the ranges for flower from each grow environment type.
Wholesale cannabis flower prices in New Jersey suffered the largest percentage decline across all state markets this week, with the New Jersey Cannabis Spot Index falling by 8.2% per pound and reaching its lowest level in six months. Prices for indoor and greenhouse grown flower both declined, by 7.1% and 4.4%, respectively.
Another state market that benefited from a reduction in low-price bulk flower trades this week was Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Cannabis Spot Index jumped up by 10.9% per pound. The February average price per pound is 5.5% higher than the January average.

March 2026 Implied Forward unchanged at $1,075 per pound.
At $1,075 per pound, the March 2026 Implied Forward represents a discount of 0.3% relative to the current U.S. Spot Index of $1,078 per pound.
