In Oregon, indoor grown flower prices entered December on the rise, gaining 7.5% per pound. The gains for indoor grown flower overshadowed losses for both greenhouse grown and outdoor grown flower pricing to push the state composite price up 4.3% per pound.
The Washington Cannabis Spot Index continues a downward trend that began at the start of Q3, losing 5.8% per pound to open December. Declining prices across all grow types this week contributed to the state composite price losses. The Washington Indoor Cannabis Spot Index has been mirroring the state index movement, with a general downward trend that is now in its 10th week.
Wholesale cannabis flower prices in Nevada continue to fall, with the December opening price assessment losing 1.9% per pound. Prices for both indoor and greenhouse grown flower were down this week, 4.7% and 2.4% respectively. Since the last week of Q2 2024, the Nevada Cannabis Spot Index is down 26% per pound. Over the same time period, indoor grown flower prices have receded 29% per pound, while greenhouse grown flower prices have fallen by 21% per pound.
June 2025 Implied Forward initially assessed at $1,010 per pound.
At $980 per pound, the January 2025 Implied Forward represents a premium of 3.9% relative to the current U.S. Spot Price of $943 per pound.
