Volatility in the Missouri wholesale cannabis market continues this week, as the Missouri Cannabis Spot Index decreased by 9.8% per pound, a YTD low. Bulk flower transaction prices had the largest impact at the state level, losing 10.2% in value. After climbing for the past two weeks, the state indoor index contracted by 6.6% per pound. Greenhouse prices continue their rollercoaster ride, falling by 8.2% per pound.

Wholesale cannabis prices in New Jersey were a bright spot this week, with the New Jersey Cannabis Spot Index climbing 6.4% per pound. Both indoor and greenhouse grown flower prices were on the rise, gaining 5.9% and 4.0%, respectively. The current state index sits 11.2% above the 2025 YTD average.

A recent injection of transactions for bulk greenhouse grown flower priced in the lower quartile drove the Oklahoma Cannabis Spot Index down 14.7% per pound this week. This is the lowest position the state index has held since late June of this year, when it was recovering from a similar trend of large volume trades priced to sell.

At $1,115 per pound, the January 2026 Implied Forward represents a premium of 4.4% relative to the current U.S. Spot Index of $1,068 per pound.
