The Arizona Cannabis Spot Index fell to a 2025 low this week, shedding 4.6% per pound. Losses for indoor grown flower prices were minimal at just 0.3%, yet greenhouse grown flower prices continue to fall, losing 4.2% per pound. Bulk greenhouse flower prices continue to drive the state grow type index losses, this week decreasing by 4.9% per pound.
The Massachusetts Cannabis Spot Index decreased by 5.1% per pound. Price decreases were present for flower grown in all conditions, with indoor grown flower pricing experiencing the largest hit, dropping 5.3% per pound. At the state level, bulk flower transaction pricing inched up by 0.4% per pound, while prepackaged flower products saw the volume weighted average price lose 2.1% per pound.
The Rhode Island Cannabis Spot Index fell by 3.0% per pound this week after reaching a YTD high of last week. Despite this week’s downward movement, the state index still sits 15.2% higher than the 2025 average price per pound.

January 2026 Implied Forward unchanged at $1,115 per pound.
At $1,115 per pound, the January 2026 Implied Forward represents a premium of 2.9% relative to the current U.S. Spot Index of $1,084 per pound.
