The Missouri composite price assessment closed the week at $2,232 per pound this week, a 7.7%, or $72 increase from last week, and the highest it has been since June 27th. The Missouri Indoor Cannabis Spot Index also climbed 7.7% this week to reach $2,406 per pound. The state greenhouse index inched up to $1,950 per pound, a 0.9%, or $16 increase over last week.

The Ohio composite price assessment closed the week at $2,457 per pound, a 4.1%, or $96 rise from last week. This is the 4th week of gains for the state index and its highest mark since June 20th when it sat at $2,669 per pound.
Despite decreases across all grow types, the New York Cannabis Spot Index increased by 9.4% per pound this week. This is the highest the state composite price has been since the end of May. While indoor prices only lost $10 per pound, greenhouse prices fell by $126 per pound and outdoor prices shed $248 per pound. The state index was able to climb due to a reduction in the number of transactions for greenhouse and outdoor flower products, while the number of higher priced indoor flower product transactions increased.

September 2026 Implied Forward unchanged at $1,065 per pound.
At $1,065 per pound, the Sept. Implied Forward represents a discount of 2.6% relative to the current U.S. Spot Price of $1,093 per pound. For context, the U.S. Spot Price averaged $1,000 in August 2024, $1 dollar more than the 2024 average of $999. Through this week, August has averaged $1,109 vs the 2025 YTD average of $1,002.
