The U.S. Cannabis Spot Index decreased 4.2% to $936 per pound.
In grams, the Spot price was $2.06.
The Maryland Cannabis Spot Index fell 8.2% per pound this week. The primary driver of the decrease can be attributed to a 6.7% decline in pricing for prepackaged flower products. A decline in bulk flower transaction pricing also contributed, but by a lesser extent.
The Oregon wholesale cannabis market experienced the most volatility of the state markets reported on, with the Oregon Cannabis Spot Index losing 11.0% per pound this week. Heavy losses for both indoor grown and outdoor grown flower pricing, down by 9.7% and 14.5%, respectively, pushed the state index to its lowest valuation since April of 2019. The state indoor index is now nearly $100 below the 2025 indoor price assessment average, while the state outdoor index is at its lowest level since September 20th, 2024.
The Vermont Cannabis Spot Index fell by 5.3% per pound this week, matching the 2024 low reached on December 20th, 2024. The current state index is down 10.0% from the 2025 average. The Vermont Indoor Cannabis Spot Index is down 8.2% from its 2025 average.
October 2025 Implied Forward initially assessed at $985 per pound.
At $970 per pound, the April Implied Forward represents a premium of 3.7% relative to the current U.S. Spot Price of $936 per pound. In 2024, the closing October Implied Forward was $1,000 vs. actual October average of $1,002.
