The U.S. Cannabis Spot Index decreased 2.8% to $1,089 per pound.

In grams, the Spot price was $2.40.


Increased volumes of bulk indoor grown flower traded at prices at the lowest level pushed the Arizona Cannabis Spot Index down 9.2% per pound this week. The state indoor index saw its position drop 19.7% per pound, hitting its lowest mark since the end of August. Greenhouse grown flower prices also declined, albeit by a much smaller margin, losing 2.8% per pound.

The Maryland Cannabis Spot Index declined by 2.5% per pound this week. Since reaching a 2025 low on August 1st, the state index reached a yearly high on September 19th and is now 1.1% below the 2025 average price per pound.

A strong week for cannabis flower grown in all environments pushed the Massachusetts Cannabis Spot Index up 3.0% per pound. Outdoor grown flower prices saw the largest percentage movement, gaining 10.4% per pound to reach its highest level since early May. Outdoor flower sold in bulk saw a 9.3% increase in average price, while prepackaged outdoor flower transactions gained 5.2%.

December 2025 Implied Forward unchanged at $1,115 per pound.

At $1,115 per pound, the December Implied Forward represents a premium of 2.4% relative to the current U.S. Spot Index of $1,089 per pound.
